Fluid is seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics capabilities to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns, and develop predictive models to inform business decisions.
- Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into business processes.
- Develop and maintain high-quality data pipelines and infrastructure to support analytics efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and machine learning.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Masters or PhD in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science, with 5+ years of experience in data science projects.
- Proficient in Python and R programming languages, with experience in data processing, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques, such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Tableau.
- Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS S3 and Azure, is a plus.
- Familiarity with graph-based solutions and spatial data analysis is an asset.
