Insurance Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team at National Bank. This exciting opportunity will allow you to develop your skills and knowledge in personal insurance, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
About the RoleIn this dynamic role, you will act as a customer service specialist for our numerous National Bank clients. You will utilize your insurance knowledge to assist clients in their decision-making, identify and participate in solution paths for client management, and ensure an outstanding customer service experience.
Your Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Direct clients to our advisors active across Canada, ensuring they receive the best possible support.
- Handle requests and follow-ups to confirm with our insurance partners, maintaining strong relationships and communication.
- Adapt to different situations, thinking creatively to resolve client concerns.
- Utilize your knowledge of insurance products to assist clients in their decision-making, helping them make informed choices.
- Identify and participate in solution paths for client management, working collaboratively with colleagues to find effective solutions.
You will be part of a talented team within the National Bank Insurance sector, reporting to Caroline Tremblay, Director of the National Bank Insurance and Financial Services FBN customer service team. Requirements- A college diploma or equivalent academic experience.
- A personal insurance license.
- Customer service experience.
- A caring attitude with strong empathy for clients.
- Understanding of Equisoft Connect/Centralize tools, an asset.
- The ability to adapt to different situations.
- Knowledge of the individual insurance brokerage field and its products.
- An openness to change.
Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
