Office Support Staff

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Support Staff to join our team at Amayra Enterprises Ltd. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff members.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and direct telephone and electronic inquiries in a professional manner.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, both manually and electronically.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare and format presentations to enhance visual appeal.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information for reporting purposes.
- Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced office environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.

Requirements:
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
