We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Culinary Professional to join our team as an Operations Manager at Bagolac Saigon Restaurant.
Job DescriptionIn this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring seamless execution of menu items, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Main Responsibilities:
- • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff in preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- • Develop and implement menus that cater to customers with dietary restrictions and preferences.
- • Conduct regular kitchen inspections to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- • Train and mentor junior staff members on preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
- • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain records of food, equipment, and supplies.
- • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Education:
- • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
