Associate Creative Director (Copywriter) Job Description

Zulu Alpha Kilo Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Associate Creative Director (Copywriter) to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you will work closely with an Associate Creative Director (Art Director) to develop innovative and award-winning advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear and original ideas and concepts from creative briefs
  • Produce high-quality scripts, ad copy, and strategic presentations
  • Communicate effectively with team members and creative directors
  • Collaborate with team members and incorporate feedback into your work
  • Take creative lead on projects when appropriate
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Requirements:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in a creative agency
  • Proven track record of working on creatively driven broadcast campaigns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with clients
  • Advanced understanding of grammar, writing styles, and popular culture
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Clear understanding of advertising principles
  • Ability to mentor junior-level creatives
