About the Role

We're seeking a talented Junior Designer to join our team at ONBOX Creative Inc. As a Junior Designer, you'll be an integral part of our creative process, working closely with senior designers and the Creative Director to develop innovative design solutions for a wide range of industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and development of packaging, branding, websites, and marketing materials
  • Collaborate with senior designers to understand project requirements and contribute creative solutions
  • Work on the production of commercial print materials and digital marketing collateral
  • Support the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality results and timely delivery
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and concept ideation to help shape the creative direction of projects
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices
  • Maintain organized project files and assist with documentation and asset management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree/certification in Graphic/Digital Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in graphic/digital design, including internships or freelance projects
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • A portfolio that showcases your design skills, creativity, and unique perspective
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to both take direction and share ideas
  • Enthusiasm for learning and staying on top of design trends and new tools
  • Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Passion for creating work that not only looks good but also makes an impact
