About the Role:
As a Junior Designer, you'll be responsible for assisting in the design and development of packaging, branding, websites, and marketing materials across various industries. You'll work on the production of commercial print materials and digital marketing collateral, ensuring high-quality results and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers and the Creative Director to understand project requirements and contribute creative solutions.
- Assist in the design and development of packaging, branding, websites, and marketing materials.
- Work on the production of commercial print materials and digital marketing collateral.
- Support the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality results and timely delivery.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and concept ideation to help shape the creative direction of projects.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices, always striving for improvement.
- Maintain organized project files and assist with documentation and asset management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/certification in Graphic/Digital Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in graphic/digital design, including internships or freelance projects.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A portfolio that showcases your design skills, creativity, and unique perspective.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to both take direction and share ideas.
