Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Macland Restaurants Ltd. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
