Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Macland Restaurants Ltd. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food counter.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the food counter, dining area, and surrounding areas.
- Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, including operating a dishwasher and maintaining a clean and sanitized environment.
- Restock supplies, including food, beverages, and paper products.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the food counter.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a food service or customer service role an asset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
