Insurance Sales Producer Position

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Producer to join our team at Western Financial Group. As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will utilize your expertise in Personal Lines or Commercial Lines Insurance to prospect and bring new clients to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursue and up-sell to clients on all lines of business sold
  • Enjoy a work-life balance with flexibility to create your own schedule to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Consistently generate quality new business by networking and building Centers of Influence to ensure a consistent stream of referral business
  • Promote retention by building strong relationships and providing quality advice to prospects and customers for long-term sustainable growth
  • Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications
  • Meet and exceed sales and retention targets
  • Collaborate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met
  • Liaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties

Requirements:
  • You are a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customers
  • The ability to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and through email
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity
  • General Level 1 License and insurance industry knowledge is an asset - if unlicensed, we would train the right candidate and General Level 1 would need to be obtained within three months
Compensation Package:
  • A competitive compensation package consisting of a guaranteed income ($60,000 per year) + new business and renewal commission
