Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Wiseworth Canada Industries Ltd. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing responsive service to our customers, ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of industrial air compressors. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with previous experience in a Service Technician role or similar. We will provide all necessary training to become a factory certified Ingersoll Rand Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide responsive service to customers, ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of industrial air compressors.
  • Diagnose and repair compressed air equipment, including motors, controls, and electrical systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on compressed air equipment.
  • Install and start-up new compressed air equipment.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of compressed air equipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a Service Technician role or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, and motor controls.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License with no major traffic violations, suspensions, or DUI's in previous 5 years.
