We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Specialist to join our team, responsible for making high-quality welds on the construction site.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding components;
  2. Preparing surfaces for welding using manual and mechanical tools;
  3. Assembling parts according to drawing specifications;
  4. Using different types of welding (MIG, TIG, electric) to join parts together;
  5. Checking weld quality through non-destructive tests;
  6. Cleaning and polishing welds for a clean finish;
  7. Working safely with personal protective equipment;
  8. Performing maintenance and repair tasks as required.

Successful candidates will have:

  • A valid CCQ certificate of competence;
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience;
  • A valid driver's license;
  • DEP in welding - an asset;
  • Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy loads.
