Job Summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain, ensuring the timely delivery of materials, and optimizing logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Design and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers to ensure favorable rates and cycle times.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure the successful execution of supply chain initiatives.
Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Materials Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of global supply chain management, distribution methods, and global transportation services.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
