About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at ED Tech Solutions Inc. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in promoting our sales to existing clients, assessing their needs and resources, and recommending the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients

You will be responsible for promoting our sales to existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Assess Client's Needs and Resources

You will assess our clients' needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services that meet their requirements.

Deliver Sales Presentations

You will deliver sales presentations to our clients, showcasing our products and services, and highlighting their benefits.

Prepare and Administer Sales Contracts

You will prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring that all agreements are clear, concise, and meet our clients' needs.

Provide Input into Product Design

You will provide input into product design, working closely with our product development team to ensure that our products meet our clients' needs.

Consult with Clients after Sale

You will consult with our clients after the sale, providing ongoing support and ensuring that they are satisfied with our products and services.

Train Customers' Staff

You will train our customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of our equipment, ensuring that they are proficient in using our products.

Resolve Product and Service Related Problems

You will resolve product and service-related problems, working closely with our clients to find solutions that meet their needs.

Troubleshoot Problems Related to Equipment

You will troubleshoot problems related to our equipment, identifying the root cause of the issue and implementing solutions to prevent future problems.

Requirements
  • Education

You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

You must have at least 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role.

Language

You must be fluent in English.

Work Hours

You must be available to work 40 hours per week.
