Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

The Golden Lotus Sprinklers Co. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Deliver sales presentations and conduct sales transactions
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
  • Provide input into product design to ensure goods or services meet client needs
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to provide expert advice to clients
  • Advertise and promote products, sales, or services to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists to ensure team goals are met
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to provide expert advice to clients
