About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wendy's Canada. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the best of their ability.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including controlling costs, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food quality meets our high standards, implementing quality control measures to prevent errors and ensure consistency.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-food or quick-service environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of staff members.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, including peak periods and unexpected events.
