Key Responsibilities:

- Anticipate and meet the needs of our customers, putting them first in all that you do

- Lead, coach, and motivate colleagues to achieve success and foster colleague growth

- Be involved in community initiatives to build long-term relationships with the community

- Maintain merchandising, operational standards, and be accountable for financial objectives

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store

- Provide input to the District Manager to help shape business strategy

Requirements:

- Exceptional customer service skills and a talent for building customer loyalty and community relationships

- Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, engagement, and retention

- Experience managing overall store operations within the grocery industry

- Strong financial acumen to deliver outstanding business results

- Commitment to delivering consistent results, every day

- A strong network in the industry and community

What We Offer:

- A competitive salary range of $90,000.00 - $110,000.00, reflecting the size of the department and store
