Job Title: Truck Driver Supervisor

No Problem Movers Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and experienced Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 drivers and ensure they are meeting performance standards.
  • Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to optimize transportation operations.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and recommend personnel actions as needed.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support transportation operations.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
  • Organized and team player with excellent communication skills.
