Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the adherence of the Quality Assurance (QA) department to various standards, including but not limited to the US FDA cGMP requirements, NNHPD, USP (verified product) requirements, and specific customer requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, effectiveness, and compliance of our products, as well as their alignment with regulatory requirements and intended purpose prior to distribution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage QA Activities and Employees
  2. Administer QA Compliance Systems
  3. Ensure Batch Documents are Complete and Reviewed
  4. Collaborate with Internal Groups to Support Product Launches
  5. Coordinate Non-Conformance Investigation and Corrective Action Preventative Action Reporting
  6. Ensure Environmental Monitoring, Pest Control, and Temperature and Humidity Monitoring Programs are in Place
  7. Manage and Support Employees Working Across 24/7 Schedules

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food or a Related Scientific Field
  2. 5+ Years of Progressive Experience in Quality Assurance, Preferably in a Management Position
  3. Strong Background in GMP Compliance Activities and Compliance Audit Experience
