Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our culinary team at Harvest Clean Eats in Bayers Lake. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant environment.
  • You will be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a physically demanding workload, including standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  2. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  3. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  4. Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  5. Organize buffets and banquets to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • High school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
