What is the Opportunity?

Royal Bank of Canada's Wealth Management division is seeking a skilled Investment Associate to join our team. As an Investment Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and supporting the Investment Counsellor in delivering high-quality investment solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving client inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely trade processing. You will also be a key support to the administrative activities and responsibilities of the team, working closely with colleagues to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service and support to Investment Counsellors
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Process trades accurately and efficiently, meeting tight deadlines
  • Support administrative activities, including account opening and documentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in the investment industry
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
