Job Title: Restaurant Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Operations Assistant to join our team at 1972663 Ontario Inc. O/A Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
