Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including managing inventory, maintaining high standards of customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer transactions
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve restaurant performance
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
