About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Analyst to join our team at Haleon. As a Service Analyst, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of R&D Tech GxP and non-GxP applications, ensuring that service delivery meets organizational and ITSM standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet timelines
  • Drive continuous improvement in service processes
  • Ensure applications in scope are compliant
  • Understand business and stakeholder needs
  • Provide best-in-class Service Management by promoting ITIL best practices in R&D Tech area
