At CB Canada, we're seeking a seasoned Credit and Collections Manager to lead our teams and drive business growth. As a key member of our Finance department, you'll be responsible for managing operations, staff, and strategies to optimize Accounts Receivable (A/R) aging and support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective Collection procedures to minimize A/R aging and maximize cash flow.
- Manage and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Corporate teams to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Analyze financial reports and data to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
- Design and implement sound credit policies and practices to balance risk and support sales growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Credit or Collection management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret financial statements and credit reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, with experience in High Radius and SQL a plus.
