We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Calgary office team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects, from implementation to completion. You will work closely with our project planners, design engineers, and external consultants to ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide input on project execution phases to ensure client requirements are met.
- Manage project logistics, including procurement, subcontracting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement project schedules and timelines.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Identify and resolve conflicts with subcontractors, suppliers, and employees.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong technical knowledge of the construction industry and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
