Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress and communicate progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage relationships and deliverables that overlap with other internal departments.
  • Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management.
  • Technical background with understanding or experience in Software Implementations, IT Infrastructure, O365 deployment, and enterprise-wide projects is a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of multiple project management methodologies such as Traditional, Hybrid, and Agile.
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is preferred.
  • Experience working for a Managed Service Provider or Professional Services organization.
  • Agile Certification (PMI-ACP, ICAgile, or Scrum certification) is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of SmartSheet, Moovila, and ConnectWise Manage is an asset.
  • Ability to interface with technical and business groups.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
