We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Duke Food Service Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Establish efficient work schedules, supervise staff, and train them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Food Quality and Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customer complaints, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Inventory and Supplies: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain accurate records.
