Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at JADE GARDEN RESTAURANT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
Working Conditions:
