Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are supported and empowered to succeed.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team. You should also possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure. Additionally, you should have basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.

A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of work experience is required for this position, preferably in a related field such as retail or hospitality. If you have experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling customer complaints, or supervising staff, you may be considered for this opportunity.
