Job Title: Condominium Portfolio Manager

We are currently seeking a Condominium Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the GTA West region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of condominium properties, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Prioritize and conduct business and projects generated by the portfolio in a timely manner.
  • Manage projects, emergencies, contracts, and contractors as generated by the portfolio.
  • Create meeting agendas, conduct meetings, and follow up with accurate minutes.
  • Administer financial matters of the portfolio, including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and reviewing and coding invoices.
Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of the Condominium Act.
  • 3 years' experience in condominium management.
  • 2 years' experience in reciprocal and shared agreements.
  • Financial and budgetary management skills.
  • Insurance knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, bylaws, statutes, and regulations.
  • Condominium Management License from CMRAO.
