Job Title: Roads and Highways Business Unit Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Business Unit Leader to lead our Roads and Highways team in BC. As a key member of our Mobility Global Business Area (GBA) in Canada, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the country business plan for the unit, ensuring the team understands its objectives and their roles in achieving them.
  • Lead the identification and targeting of clients through service excellence, driving organic revenue growth and winning new business.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure client satisfaction, improving retention and driving revenue growth.
  • Coach and mentor practice group managers, service managers, project managers, and technical managers to ensure all projects are set up for success and governance is adhered to.
  • Lead the identification and management of risk in service delivery, ensuring compliance with governance processes and maintaining service excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree
  • 15 years of experience leading and growing a significant business function within a professional services firm
  • Proven leadership capability, inspiring multi-disciplinary teams around a common purpose
