About the Role

The Skechers Product Specialist is a key member of our retail team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Product Specialist, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Skechers, providing expert knowledge and guidance to customers to ensure they find the perfect product.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales through Excellent Customer Service
  • Act as a Product Expert and provide in-depth knowledge of Skechers products to customers, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain a Well-Organized Store Environment by ensuring floor inventory is well-stocked, merchandised, and clean, creating a premier shopping experience for customers.
  • Process Transactions Efficiently and provide excellent customer service at the point of sale, handling returns, exchanges, and discounts professionally.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Product Knowledge to provide customers with the latest information on Skechers products.
Requirements
  • Loves Being Part of a Team and treats every coworker with respect and positivity.
  • Previous Retail Experience is preferred but not required.
  • Flexibility and Motivation to provide excellent customer service and adapt to changing store needs.
  • Strong Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the job.
