About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Specialist to join our Electrical Products team. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the conversion of legacy products to new product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize quotation tools to analyze and modify existing project quotes
  • Collaborate and coordinate with various teams, including sales, quotations, project execution, and product management
  • Convert existing quotes with legacy products to new product offerings
  • Report and analyze conversion progress
  • Assist with user requests to ensure high-quality internal customer service
  • Be available during off-hours for new system implementation/upgrade, server, and network maintenance
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Basic understanding of power distribution systems
  • Basic understanding of electrical specifications and single-line diagrams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an asset
