The Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Technician to join our team in London. As a Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing wheelchairs and custom mobility equipment. You will work directly with clients to understand their issues and troubleshoot to solve the problem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair mobility equipment, including wheelchairs and custom devices
  • Work with clients to understand their issues and provide solutions
  • Travel to clients' homes and community facilities to accommodate their needs
  • Use diagnostic tools and power equipment to troubleshoot and repair equipment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service and assembling or repairing equipment
  • Technical skills, including experience with diagnostic tools and power equipment
  • Empathy and ability to navigate any situation in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner
  • Valid G-class driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
