About the Role

This permanent position offers 30 hours of work per week, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our children. Key Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
  • Keep accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding children
  • Maintain a secure and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all necessary safety protocols
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to promote healthy eating habits
  • Help children develop good sleep habits by preparing them for rest periods
  • Supervise and care for children, creating a nurturing and engaging atmosphere
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing guidance and support when needed
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • Will train and develop skills in childcare
  • Criminal record check required
