About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Build for Queen. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve productivity and quality.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and address any discrepancies.
  • Supply Chain Coordination
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field (e.g. logistics, supply chain management).
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
