Peterborough Store Manager Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Synergie Hunt International inc. in Peterborough.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  4. Manage store budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
  5. Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets customer needs and drives sales.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, including at least 3 years in a senior management position.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
