About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Executive Culinary Professional to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chef Manager
    • Lead a team of cooks in preparing complete meals or individual dishes and foods
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
    • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Sourcing and Inventory Management
    • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient operations
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy throughout your shift.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work 32 hours per week
