Ontario Health is seeking an experienced Planning and Integration Specialist to join our team as a Planner. This role requires strong planning and coordination skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing planning and coordination support to the Director, Health System Strategy and Integration.
  • Developing and implementing plans and initiatives to improve the local healthcare system.
  • Working with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for integration and coordination.
  • Performing quality improvement and evaluation activities to ensure that initiatives are effective and efficient.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary education/degree in health administration, health planning, business administration, or research.
  • 6 years' experience in a healthcare or relevant environment.
  • Previous experience in carrying out technical research, analysis, and planning initiatives, preferably in the healthcare sector.
