Exhibition Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Exhibition Coordinator to join our team at Accord Expositions Inc. As an Exhibition Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various aspects of our exhibitions and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows
  • Area of Work Experience: Conference centres, Convention centre, Trade associations
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence, Own vehicle, Own transportation, Willing to travel
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Fast-paced environment, Overtime required
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Initiative, Organized, Team player, Time management
