Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and implement occupational therapy interventions in accordance with professional practice guidelines and standards established by VHA and regulatory colleges.
  • Develop and implement personalized plans for clients, working closely with their care teams to ensure coordinated delivery of care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Document all assessment findings, treatment plans, progress, and discharge summaries of interventions as required by the profession, referral source, and organization.
Requirements
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized school of Occupational Therapy.
  • Member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • Valid Driver's License with access to a vehicle.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Skilled in caseload management and electronic documentation.
  • Able to provide virtual care and support safe client care through continuous quality improvement.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a $2000 sign-on bonus for full-time eligible service providers.
