Job DescriptionAs an Occupational Therapist, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to clients in various settings, including clinics, communities, homes, and workplaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete general and specialized assessments to determine physical and cognitive capacities, mobility, and attendant care needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans with clients.
- Provide treatment to clients in various settings.
- Prepare and submit case notes and reports.
To be successful in this role, you must hold a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent and be registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario in good standing. Experience in a healthcare setting is required, with a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
