TV2 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to oversee the implementation of the Scrum framework and ensure effective collaboration and coordination between team members.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Scrum Process Oversight**: Ensure adherence to Agile principles and oversee the entire Scrum process.
- **Agile Coaching**: Guide and coach the team on Agile practices and ensure continuous improvement.
- **Communication and Collaboration**: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members.
- **Impediment Removal**: Remove any impediments that may hinder the team's progress and success.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met.
- **Project Monitoring**: Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g. CSM) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
**Benefits:**
- Type of job: Temporary Contractor – 1 year.
- Work hours are Monday - Friday, normal 37.5 hour week.
