Job Title: Senior Agile Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agile Business Analyst to join our team at Personnel Search Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analytics and experience working with Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Combine traditional business analytics and scrum master competencies to drive operational business value.
  • Optimize and modernize processes through the identification and implementation of analytics solutions.
  • Assess and measure business value delivery.
  • Act as the lead face to our business partners in the realization of business value through advanced analytics.
  • Align designed and delivered solutions with the current and future analytics and data needs of stakeholders.
  • Manage the backlog of advanced analytics activity across the Data Science team.
  • Owning the analytics stage-gate process and ensuring that projects meet gate requirements.
  • Ensure successful completion of Stage III initiatives to embed analytics in production environments.
  • Build business cases, define use cases, and develop test cases for analytics solutions.
  • Ensure solution alignment with integrity, confidentiality, architectural, and security requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years' work experience in a business environment, preferably in complex IT environments.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies for project management.
  • Familiarity with the concepts of operational data stores, data warehouses, and data lakes.
  • Experience with data science platforms.
  • Experience with leading, leveraging, and creating analysis techniques such as Decision Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and SWOT Analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
  • Foundations of Enterprise Data Analytics.
  • Business Process Modeling.
