About the Position

Cape Breton University is seeking a collaborative and experienced candidate to join our team as a Health Care Management Professor/Lecturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and developing courses in Health Care Analytics and the Program Capstone course, as well as other courses assigned based on qualifications and experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Teach and develop courses in Health Care Management, including Health Care Analytics and the Program Capstone course
  • Develop and implement curriculum in Health Care Management
  • Conduct research and scholarly activities in Health Care Management
  • Participate in service to Cape Breton University, community, and profession
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a relevant PhD or a relevant Master's degree, professional accreditation equivalent to a Master's degree, or who have completed all of the requirements for a relevant PhD but for an unfinished dissertation. The candidate should have demonstrated evidence of effective teaching and research in Health Care Management.
