Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Coordinator to join our team at Shan Blinds Ltd.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 35 hours of work per week. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure seamless execution of these tasks.

In addition to event planning, you will assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, coordinate the activities of the HR department, and facilitate communication within the team. You will also direct daily operations, supervise other workers, and train staff to ensure they meet their goals.

Your expertise in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word will enable you to perform data entry, schedule appointments, and oversee the preparation of reports. You will also be responsible for ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and arranging travel-related itineraries.

As a Strategic Operations Coordinator, you will have minimal supervision and will be expected to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy. This role requires excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as time management and dependability.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
