About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Developer Specialist to join our team at Nasdaq. As a key member of our Cloud team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects, leveraging your expertise in cloud solutions architecture and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build scalable cloud-based systems using Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Develop and automate application configuration, deployment, and provisioning services
  • Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to build and manage features that are highly available, high performance, and secure
  • Mentor and coach team members to help them grow and develop their skills
  • Stay up-to-date with new AWS and cloud solutions, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our cloud-based systems
Requirements
  • University degree or college diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud development, with a strong focus on AWS
  • Experience with microservices and data lakes
  • Knowledge of distributed systems and security principles
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, and React
