Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery, you will be responsible for the preparation and production of high-quality baked goods.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other sweet and savory treats
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items, ensuring they meet quality and presentation standards
  • Train and supervise junior staff members in baking techniques and procedures
  • Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a pastry chef or baker in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
