Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patisserie Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our baked goods, as well as managing a team of bakers and pastry chefs.
About the Role- Lead and manage a team of bakers and pastry chefs to ensure high-quality products are prepared and presented consistently
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the baking or food service industry
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high-quality results
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
