Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patisserie Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our baked goods, as well as managing a team of bakers and pastry chefs.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage a team of bakers and pastry chefs to ensure high-quality products are prepared and presented consistently
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the baking or food service industry
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high-quality results
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location of the job. This includes benefits and bonuses.
